NCCA-Spring/Klien Chapter – Spring Cotillion 2019 –

  • 6 weeks each semester, in anticipation of a Semi-Formal Dance at the conclusion, we teach weekly manners and etiquette classes that last 75 minutes each—and we make them fun!

Pre-Cotilion (K –  Fourth Grade ) 3:30 PM – 4:45PM
Highlights:

  • Why We Need Manners? Using Kind Words!
  • Proper Introduction and Handshake
  • Grooming and Personal Hygiene
  • Posture (Sitting & Standing)
  • Good Sportsmanship “Winners Never Whine”
  • Birthday Party and Play Date Etiquette
  • Basic Table Manners
  • Basic Line Dance
  • Parents Dip Into Dancing (invitation for parents to join the last 30 minutes of the next class to help prepare for the Spring Semi-Formal Dance )

Junior Cotillion (Fifth-Eighth Grade) 5:00 PM – 6:15  PM  

Highlights:

  • How to Make A Positive First Impression, Proper Introduction, and Handshake
  • Digital Diplomacy
  • Tying a Tie
  • Ladies First – Gentlemen 101
  • Grooming & Personal Hygiene
  • Self Presentation – Posture (Sitting, Standing and Walking)
  • Place Setting and Dining Etiquette 101
  • Basic Ballroom Dance /Parents Dip Into Dancing (invitation for parents to join the last 30 minutes of the next class to help prepare for the Spring Semi-Formal Dance)

Cotillion Classes cost $280.00 semester

This fee covers 6 weeks of instruction as well as a semi-formal dance.

Please remember, 50% of the tuition is required at registration to reserve your child’s spot in the class.
