Proper behavior, manners, and knowing how to present oneself are the backbone for confidence, character, and respect for others. This may be a challenge for individuals with differences and different abilities. At times children on the spectrum may struggle with understanding body language, hygiene, social cues, and building new relationships. Our unique “traveling classroom” is loaded with hands-on training, interactive lessons designed for all ages. Etiquette Experts, Monica and Darian Lewis and their team of professionals have loads of patience, classroom management, combined with years of experience which will provide the perfect atmosphere to build these critical skills that will last a lifetime.

Pre-Cotillion (Kinder-4th Grade)

  • Grooming and Personal Hygiene
  • Posture (Sitting & Standing)
  • Good Sportsmanship “Winners Never Whine”
  • Birthday Party and Play Date Etiquette
  • Basic Table Manners
  • Basic Line Dance
  • Parents Dip Into Dancing (invitation for parents to join the last 30 minutes of the next class to help prepare for the Spring Semi-Formal Dance )

 

Junior Cotillion (5-8th Grade) 

Highlights:

  • How to Make A Positive First Impression, Proper Introduction, and Handshake
  • Social Media Etiquette and Digital Diplomacy
  • Tying a Tie
  • Ladies First – Gentlemen 101/Chivalry
  • Grooming & Personal Hygiene
  • Self Presentation – Posture (Sitting, Standing and Walking)
  • Place Setting and Dining Etiquette 101 – Mastering a four-course meal and beyond
  • Basic Ballroom Dance /Parents Dip Into Dancing (invitation for parents to join the last 30 minutes of the next class to help prepare for the Grand Spring  Dance)
  • End of Course Grand Finale’ Reception and Recital

 Cotillion (9-12th Grade) 

Highlights:

  • How to Make A Positive First Impression, Proper Introduction, and Handshake
  • Social Media Etiquette and Digital Diplomacy
  • Tying a Tie & Bow Tie
  • Ladies First – Gentlemen 101/Chivalry
  • Grooming & Personal Hygiene
  • Charm – Perfect Posture (Sitting, Standing, and Walking with Elegance)
  • Place Setting and Dining Etiquette 101 – Mastering a four-course meal and beyond
  • Intermediate/Advanced Ballroom Dance (Waltz, Foxtrot, or Box)
  • End of Course Grand Finale’ Reception and Recital
